these are tips of the best brownies recipe
-Use good quality ingredients that will only taste as good as the ingredients you put in them.
-Add lots of butter. This makes them confusing and rich. A generous 3/4 cup is perfect.
-Don't be shy with cocoa. We want a chocolate flavor! 9 tablespoons is a wonderful medium level intensity, you can make 2/3 cup of a spoon and level the cocoa, it's just less messy to measure in spoons.
-Better still use a kitchen scale and measure in grams. Gram measurements are more accurate than cup measurements and will give you the most consistent results.
Use a low oven temperature. Baking at a low 300 degrees means the brownies won't be too puffy and doughy.
-If you can wait to let them cool at least partially, they will have a softer texture and cut cleaner.
-Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar if you feel like it :). My family likes them this way.
-Don't forget the milk. Freshly made brownies just aren't the same without a glass of iced whole milk.
